At Everything Plastics, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Custom-cut, fabricated, or special-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at epsales@everythingplastics.net with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Once received and inspected, eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping costs and any applicable restocking fee.

Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returned items.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or product defect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will work quickly to correct the issue.
